2012 Grants

In 2012, the Gill Foundation awarded $15.5 million in grants to hundreds of nonprofit organizations that share our commitment to equal opportunity for all Americans, regardless of sexual orientation or gender expression.

Approximately 64 percent of the foundation’s work and funding in 2012 focused on allied and LGBT nonprofits at the national, state, and local level across the country working to bring about equality. The remaining 34 percent focused on programs in our home state of Colorado.
